Non-molestation orders to be processed in magistrate or crown courts. If granted, I think these orders should be automatically recorded on the perpetrator's record which could help to enhance victim safety and confidence in the legal system.

This stands in contrast to current orders that I believe can be breached without adequate consequences. My mission is to empower victims/survivors and enhance their safety and support from the law and government.
