Milestones

I want the government to introduce a law that requires banks and financial institutions to provide detailed regular updates on service disruptions and outages they are experiencing.

I want the law to require them to tell us what is happening and steps they are taking to fixing it in regular intervals. Regular updates could help give customers reassurance that they are actually doing things to fix the outage. An estimated timeline of resolution would be useful.
