We think the streets are overrun with litter. We think we need a national litter campaign to stop people dropping litter and inform them about prosecution if they're caught.

We feel that England is becoming a dump it site and our streets and rural areas are becoming fly tipping sites for people who can't be bothered to use a proper council tip.
