Create a national agency that investigates anti-social behaviour such as fly tipping, graffiti, dog fouling and deals with loud, obnoxious nuisance neighbours.

There is an agency that deals with serious organised crime so why not one specifically focused on crimes that impact many people and communities. We think this matter isn't taken seriously & that there aren't enough resources despite the impact on local communities. We believe a response to ASB and nuisance neighbours could have better co-ordination and funding.
