Milestones

We want the government to increase financial support for student midwives. We also want student midwives to have: - Access to free childcare initiatives - Exemption from hospital car parking costs

Maintenance loans count as income when applying for Universal Credit, and we don't think this should be the case. We are the future of the NHS, and we feel we need changes brought about by the government to support us to succeed in our training. Our dedication to our professions should not come at the cost of our financial and emotional well-being
