We are concerned that the minimum employer contributions of three percent of salary are not enough and could negatively impact the poorest in society, leaving them with a pension which is much less valuable in the long term and unfit for purpose.

We feel that those in senior jobs often get a much better deal from their employer when it comes to pension contributions.
