I want the government to address the fact that parents paying child maintenance sometimes pay 20% fees for "collect and pay" when they may be eligible to pay the other parent directly.

I want the government to review every paying parent who has been on pay and collect for over 6 months and make them aware that they can request a move to direct pay if they always pay on time and correctly. I think this could make fees more transparent and provide clear information on alternative solutions.
