We urge the Government to support the proposed ‘International Treaty to Ban the Political Abuse of Religion’, which we believe would be a crucial foundation to eliminate the root causes of religious conflicts and discrimination, especially against women, children and religious minorities.

We believe this proposed treaty could touch the lives of billions because we think it would eliminate the root causes of many conflicts and a long list of violations of human rights. We believe it could create functioning societies and enhance stability worldwide.
