In some rape cases the accuser may withhold evidence in the form of texts and messages. We think the accuser should be required to hand over their mobile devices to the police. In some cases if the police had asked for the accusers phones we think they would of quickly seen that the accuser is lying
We think we need the government to put into place a law that an accuser should hand over their mobile devices from the start of the complaint being reported. We think just doing this one thing could help stop so many lives and families being destroyed. We think false accusations have had very serious consequences for the accused individuals and their families.
