I think that young men unlikely to finish school should be offered 2 years of national service, including the opportunity to learn a trade. I also think this should be mandatory for asylum seekers between 18-40, to contribute to the country.

I think it could save a lot of people from being lost to crime and drugs. National service could not only help young men without role models, but might help single mothers raise their sons.
