My Pension increase letter state's "ABOUT THE GENERAL INCREASES IN BENEFITS". I think my state pension is not a benefit, I have paid National Insurance Contributions and so did my employers.

I want the government to clarify my state pension is not a benefit. I paid National Insurance Contributions along with my employer.
