Milestones

We want the government to increase the statutory minimum annual leave entitlement to 30 days per year (excluding Bank Holidays). We think that in today's fast-paced world, the traditional 20-25 days of annual leave no longer reflects the realities of the work/life balance and personal well-being.

We think this could ensure that employees have the necessary time to rest, recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
