Milestones—
To withdraw the UK from the Ottawa Treaty and the Convention on Cluster Munition, which restrict the use of these weapons of war (i.e. military cluster munitions and military anti-personnel and anti-tank land mines).
Cluster munitions are more effective than unitary warheads against certain targets. Deep mine fields can be effective for limiting enemy advances.
