Seek to establish a UK/European armed defence force to assist Ukrainian forces in achieving a negotiated settlement with Russia. Consider moving $300 billion of Russian assets currently blocked in Europe for use in purchasing the required weapons for the defence of Ukraine.

We believe a new, bold Plan B is required to ensure that the UK and Europe do not just watch while over the next ten years a Soviet Empire could be re-established. We think Russia should be defeated by a combined Ukraine, UK and European armed force.
