Milestones—
We believe the Government should introduce a statutory right of having time-off with full pay for parents who have experienced pregnancy loss, so they are allowed to grieve without worrying about paying the bills.
We believe parents need to be able to grieve for their loss without the added pressure of financial insecurities and that they should be able to return to work when they are physically and mentally able to. Unfortunately, we believe many return to work far too soon.
