We call on the Government to 1. Formally apologise to the families of those killed by individuals under the supervision of the Probation Service. 2. Commission a review into the Probation Service. 3. Enshrine the Victims Code of Practice in law 4. Reform the Probation Service based on the review

We want reform of the Probation Service and justice system so that our communities are safeguarded and victims are placed at the forefront of justice.
