Milestones

In my view, disabled people face many barriers in the workplace, from lack of accommodations to discrimination and retaliation. I think current laws aren't giving enough protection to disabled people and employers don't seem to face consequences.

I would like the Government to launch a review to look at measures such as stronger protections, mandatory investigations, and reforms to the Equality Act.
