We think it is important that the due process and rights of the accused are protected, and that there should be a system to support those falsely accused

We think that the current legal system often overlooks the rights of the accused, hindering fair due process and equal treatment. We believe that exonerated individuals face immense stigma and struggle to rebuild their lives without adequate support. We think regular reviews of criminal investigations ensures thoroughness and prevents miscarriages of justice.
