We want the Government to provide full legal aid to all fathers seeking access to their children through a family court, if they can't afford legal help. We think finances shouldn't be a barrier to seeing your children.
We want the Government to take fathers into consideration, their wellbeing and mental health can be severely impacted from not seeing their children. We think current access to legal aid if not good enough.
