Milestones

We urge the UK Government to review the transparency of how legal fees are charged by mortgage lenders for accounts in arrears. We demand itemised charges, a cap on legal costs, a free dispute process, and an inquiry into past unfair repossessions.

We feel these charges can push borrowers into debt or repossession.
