We think that local MPs should have a role in ensuring the enforcement of local authorities' policies and procedures on antisocial behaviour (asb) prevention, by having a role in complaint decisions.

I'd like parliament to give more power and control to local MP's to help enforce local authority policy and procedures around asb, including in relation to housing, giving the local MP's final say on how cases are resolved within complaint procedures. In our view, at present the procedures and policies are not effective.
