As the law stands convicted sex offenders and child predators are entitled to appeal their sentences should they feel the sentencing is to harsh. I wish to remove their right to appeal their sentences.
I wish for the law to be changed and for convicted perpetrators to have no right of appeal once sentencing has been passed. I believe that allowing them to appeal can cause more trauma and emotional upset to their victims.
