We urge the Government to change the law so that jurors on any trial for sexual assault, rape or domestic abuse undergo background checks. Any juror who has been a victim or know victims should be disqualified, as we think they may be biased when deciding the verdict.

We feel that many innocent young men have been convicted of sexual assault and rape of ex-partners. We are concerned that the lives of some people and their families have been destroyed by false allegations.
