We urge the Government to remove stamp duty for first-time buyers to allow them to get onto the property ladder. Many first-time buyers have to cope with inflation and rising costs of properties, which are extremely difficult, and then pay stamp duty on top of hard-earned money saved after tax.
We believe doing this may not only mean that first time buyers will be able to finally purchase a property, but it could give them an incentive to start a family, which could help the economy in the long run.
