We urge the Government to create a free public database including the names and offences of those who have been released early from prison. We believe this may help police forces know the types of offenders released and allow the public to protect themselves.

We feel there are too many cases where people who have been released early from their prison sentences and reoffend in a short time after being released, and sometimes the same offences too. We believe the public need to know who is released so they can protect themselves from becoming victims from the same person.
