We think PIP claims for deaf people should be assessed through the form, with no telephone or face to face consultations.

I urge the Government to reform the way PIP assessments are carried out for deaf people. Many deaf people experience stress and depression without being able to communicate, and I feel PIP assessments make it even harder. I believe there is a lack of understanding.
