Milestones

Make it illegal to deny children of this basic right.

Students may face negative outcomes when they are not allowed to go to the toilet. This can be due to un-diagnosed conditions, menstruation, or personal reasons that we think they shouldn't have to share publicly. Denying toilet breaks can make students uncomfortable, which may lead to decreased attendance. Access to refill water bottles is also vital, especially in summer, as dehydration affects health, learning, and well-being, causing issues like fainting or headaches.
