Milestones

We urge the UK Government to ban the private breeding of dogs and allow only registered charities to breed dogs for rehoming. Additionally, we call for stricter minimum sentences for those convicted of animal cruelty, ensuring more consistent punishment and stronger deterrents.

We think many animals suffer due to unethical breeding. By restricting breeding to welfare-focused charities and increasing sentencing for abuse, we think we can reduce suffering and promote responsible animal care.
