We believe comprehensive Emergency Plans, CCTV Operatives & lifeguards trained for underwater rescue should be mandatory and strictly enforced at all waterparks. We believe it should be with urgency that the relevant authorities pass this into law without delay.

Kyra Hill was Unlawfully Killed at Liquid Leisure near Windsor. A coroner found that Kyra had been unlawfully killed, following gross breaches in health and safety. We think it is in the interest of public safety that regulations are put in place to reduce the risk of fatalities. We think the Government should ensure strict enforcement of these safety standards and consistency, holding owners accountable for negligence.
