Milestones

We want the government to make it a criminal offence to drink alcohol during pregnancy because it can cause children to be born with Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). FASD is a neurodevelopmental condition caused by alcohol use during pregnancy. It’s 100% preventable.

We also want the government to introduce more safeguarding for children with FASD. Children born with FASD often struggle with behaviour, learning, and daily life. This is about protecting unborn children from avoidable harm and holding those responsible accountable.
