We urge the Government to introduce a licencing system for purchasing electrical installation materials, and to ban the sale of electrical installation materials, distribution boards, etc that are 240 volts and above to unlicensed companies or individuals.

We hope this policy will stop unqualified individuals buying and installing 240 volt and above electrical materials, which could pose a serious risk to life by electrocution or fire.
