I'm calling for urgent review and reform of how NHS boards share, access, and communicate patient data. I want stronger requirements to ensure that they communicate transparently and share patient records effectively to prevent any risk of missed diagnoses, failed care, and delayed interventions.

As part of this, I think imaging, test results and consultations should be compared and cross-checked to evidence progression.
