We want greater regulation of courier companies, with penalties and or fines for dumping goods on door steps, and not delivering goods in good condition or in time.

We think companies have been getting away with this for years now and it’s only getting worse. We feel the complaints procedures are not good enough and you can just get fobbed off. And as a result we think the customer is losing out and suffering and this isn’t right and needs to stop
