Ban serving ultra-processed foods (NOVA 4) in school meals. Shift policy to prioritise child nutrition with fresh, whole ingredients—locally sourced where possible. We think that our children’s health and nutritional needs must come first.
Some schools are serving ultra-processed foods (NOVA 4) daily—linked to obesity, diabetes, and poor mental health. We urge the Government to ban these foods in schools, prioritise whole foods, and revise policies so local, nutrient-dense meals are the standard.
