Milestones

Prevent government intelligence services from taking personal data from the internet and other public places and using it to create and/or train artificial intelligence/ algorithms/information technology of any kind.

Currently the investigatory powers amendment act codes of practice do not appear to forbid such activities. I think UK citizens are at risk of losing control over what happens to their personal data and at risk of AI/ algorithms making mistakes with terrible consequences.
