There are rules about the flags that can be flown without local planning authority consent. The Rainbow Flag is already listed, subject to certain restrictions. We would like the Progress Flag & its Intersex inclusive version to be listed too, allowing organisations to demonstrate inclusiveness

Many organisations would like to demonstrate that all LGBTQ+ people are both welcome and safe doing business with them and entering their establishments. Sadly, we believe current public discourse leaves non-binary and trans people uncertain of their safety when the older rainbow flag is flown. Adding both Progress Flags to the list of flags that don't require consent, alongside the rainbow flag, would allow organisations to freely choose which to display.
