Give Class D License Holders Class C1 Entitlement and Class C License Holders D1 Entitlement. I Propose that Class D(PCV) License Holders should be given Class C1(7.5t LGV) entitlement. And that Class C(LGV) License Holders should be given CLass D1(minibus) entitlement.

Making these changes would encourage drivers of different classes to working in areas not previously open to them with out additional costly training. A Class D driver can drive a vehicle twice the weight of a Class C1 at present.
