We call on the UK Government to launch a new business grant and support scheme for autistic, dyslexic, and other neurodivergent individuals who want to become self-employed or start small businesses.
According to some estimates, there are over 2 million people in the UK with autism, dyslexia, or other neurodivergent conditions. Many have entrepreneurial skills but may struggle to access support, funding, and guidance. Other regions like the West Midlands already offer SME grant support. We ask for this to be implemented nationally and funded fairly for autistic and disabled entrepreneurs.
