Fund and operate new residential care centres for disabled children with complex medical needs, to provide safe, specialist care when the level of support required cannot be met at home and local authorities are unable to commission appropriate provision

I think that local authorities currently lack appropriate provision and families can be left with no safe options. I feel that more centralised, NHS-standard centres could offer trusted care and reduce long-term costs.
