Many companies are using apps to fulfil physical services. For example, parking payment, etc. Some of these apps do not have a physical alternative.

We think any company offering an app to fulfill a physical service should be required to also offer a non-smartphone alternative, for accessibility. There are many reasons why someone may not have access to a smartphone. Some studies show they're addictive and poor for mental health, and they're expensive. We think this excludes a lot of people. We think being digitally underserved is an expensive inconvenience. We ask not to be shut out of modern society.
