We think the people who entered UK legally may have overstayed due to some personal situations should be given right to apply for ILR in 15 years instead of 20 years keeping human rights in mind.
We think everyone has a right to live a peaceful life and if someone has spent 15 years in a country without legal status, they may be going through a very hard time in life. So we think the 20 year route should be reduced to 15 years for people who want to have a status in uk to live a peaceful life. Also they would contribute to the country by paying taxes and could have a easy life.
