Milestones

We call on the UK Government to fund independent indoor dust and air quality assessments in homes within areas that may have been affected by nearby HS2 construction zones.

I think this will ensure that residents’ health is protected, particularly for children, the elderly, and those with respiratory conditions, and could hold relevant bodies accountable for managing their environmental impact fairly. I think residents deserve to know the quality of the air they breathe, in their own homes, and to have HS2’s impacts transparently managed.
