We want Government to amend the sentencing guidelines to recommend maximum sentences for serious crimes against people who are mentally or physically disabled, including life sentences. Serious crimes should include assault, rape, sexual abuse, and harassment.

I call on the Government to exercise its power and take action which I believe will help put an end, once and for all, to serious crimes committed against people with mental or physical disabilities.
