Keep all registered sex offenders on license and on the register for life. We believe it will help protect survivors and potential victims.
Some fixed-term offenders may finish their licence 3–5 years after release, depending on sentence length. Those on the register indefinitely can apply for removal 15 years after registering when they are released from prison. Many victims and survivors have spent their lives fighting to feel safe. Why should sex offenders be allowed to come off a register that can help keep children safe from them?
