Milestones

Require all NHS pilots of medtech and AI to include clear, evidence-based criteria for adoption, and a defined procurement pathway when those criteria are met — turning proven innovations into contracts, not abandoned trials.

We ask Parliament to ensure that all NHS pilots of medical technologies, diagnostics, and AI tools include clear success measures and a set pathway to adoption. If a pilot shows strong clinical and economic results, we think the NHS should be required to move to contract the technology. We think this would stop proven innovations from being dropped and help patients benefit faster from safe, effective tools that have already shown they work in real NHS settings.
