Milestones

Raise the apprentice minimum wage for all apprentices to match the National Minimum Wage for those aged 18 to 20. We think low pay blocks fair access to training and harms social mobility and our future workforce.

We believe that low apprentice pay and limited benefits force many to quit or avoid training and that fair wages and support would help open apprenticeships to all, boost skills, and improve social mobility.
