We believe bike and motorcycle theft is out of control. We urge the Government to increase funding for more police resources, better bike parking facilities, to review insurance cover, and strengthen sentencing against robberies and the online resales of stolen bikes.

We believe that some thieves are not being apprehended, and the police need more resources. Many owners face huge losses as insurance may not cover theft away from home. We believe more needs to be done regarding this is serious problem.
