Milestones

Protect the value of workers salaries by making it a legal requirement that all employers increase salary and hourly wage, at the minimum, in line with inflation annually.

Because workers are often the ones most affected by budget cuts with promotions, pay rises and bonuses used to increase performance and then cut to save margin. If pay rises are not given in line with inflation then workers can essentially take pay cuts to stay in positions over a year. Money is worth what it can afford individuals and that should be protected.
