Milestones

1) Prevent social media from requesting personal information (bank details and face ID). 2) Require age checks to be performed by a secure third party, to prevent the storage of personal information by unsecured websites.

We think social media's encroaching invasion of privacy is dangerous for both adults and children. We think being asked to provide your bank details, credit history, face, or ID is a danger to the security of all internet users, but especially to children. We think it is vital that new legislation does not make it impossible to navigate the internet anonymously, both for the sake of safety, but also for the sake of freedom of speech.
