I think the Government should legislate for full retrospective application of the Human Rights Act.

I believe this could potentially allow victims of sexual exploitation, whose cases weren’t properly investigated, to obtain justice for the failure to investigate, where this was before the introduction of the Human Rights Act. Victims of abuse don’t always come forward until many years later and deserve justice.
